Mabhodho Upcycled Jacket

Original coat make Marks and Spencers Collection.

Mabhodho is the Shona word for pots, on this coat I add the clay pots which I have always been attracted to. The flowers are a symbolism of colour and variety, if ‘cooked’ up they will present a unique dish. Just as each woman is unique in her own way.
